Hey everybody! I tried to send an email to a potential partner and I couldn’t attach any document to it. It says, it was too big (limit 2000 KB), but the document is very small 77 KB only. @yala, who could I contact to solve this?
You can always write to support@ecobytes.net if there are technical issues.
I would however discourage adding attachments to e-mails for communication. It is always preferable to use text and use links to reference any content you want the partner to be able to access additionally.
It is actually working to attach documents when used with a email client.

Can you explain a little more under which circumstances you experienced the problem? I am interested most in the software, or the website that you used for sending the message. You can use these as a guideline:
- What is the actual situation in which the problem occurs?
- Which are the steps to reproduce the same error?
- What is the expected situation?
