Error in Timezone for events: Summertime missing

Hi,
if you create an event (e.g. in GDD 2020) it looks like summertime is not correctly shown.
Note: If you have an end time specified, the end time is somehow shown correctly, but it is still wrong for the start time…
For local events (not online) this might not be a problem, but for virtual events this is misleading.
