Nextcloud loses plugins over update

As a follow up of the

we witnessed not only the OnlyOffice plugin disappear during an upgrade of cloud.degrowth.net, but also other plugins that had been provided before, namely contacts and calendar.

I’m leaving this as a note here for future upgrades, since double-checking the configuration of the service provisioning didn’t provide any insight about why the plugins suddenly disappeared.
