invite you to the Global Degrowth Day in Thessaloniki.
Through our action we wish to bring back to the public debate the theme of degrowth within a symbiotic and everyday urban context. We want to pass the message: A good life for all is possible
Our fiesta includes public workshops, speeches, presentations, movie projections, photo exhibitions, collective cuisine and music.
During the whole event there will take place:
*An asynchronous, introductory and experiential workshop on degrowth organized by the konSept
*A exhibition of urban photography of the children of Faros tou Kosmou
*A presentation and asynchronous commentary of degrowth related non-sense literature
While there will be time specific activities:
*12:00-15:00 & 17:00-19:00 Toys of the World facilitated by Self Help Promotion Program
*15:00-17:00 Collective Picnic
*17:00-19:00 Workshop with Loose Parts for Children
*19:00-20:00 Workshop for producing natural cleaning products by VIOME
*21:00-22:30 Screening of the documentary “Bios … another pathway” and discussion with the producers
