Scriptum Manchester: Each account can only submit one session/individual paper?

Can we change this limit to 3 per account?
Is it a simple modification or more complex codding would be required?

If not, people would simply create several accounts…

@ponder Can you estimate the implementation effort for this request for us?

As with the other question - It might be as simple as changing the rule in abilities.rb, but I am not sure if we assume that there will be only one session per submitter in another place.

What do you suggest to do here @ponder? How can @vliegey’s request be reframed to suit the way the system works now?
